Before dealing with these guys I had... waterproofing done by another company and realized I didn’t hire the right people. After that Tornado plumbing came in, excavated and repaired and waterproofed the rest of my house very professionally. I’ve posted pictures to show how good of a job they did and how clean the process was. They also excavated and gave me a new water supply line to my home so I can enjoy better water pressure. Initially had a back-up problem with downstairs ... basement sinks. After many failed attempts ( and lost money ) to resolve the problem with others, I finally placed a call to Tornado Plumbing. Next day Sergey examined the situation and determined the issue was underneath the floor. One day later Sergey ( and Boris ) broke and dug up 14 ft. of my basement floor to replace the damaged/ broken drain pipes and finally address the real problem. They were courteous, efficient and explained all steps in the process. The job itself took one day to complete and the basement was left clean and tidy. Sergey (and crew ) were prompt, efficient and professional. They FIXED my problem and RESPECTED my home. That is called customer service and satisfaction in any trade. Quality work ! I called a couple of plumbers to help investigate... a water leak in our main water line. Sergey at Tornado Plumbing was the most attentive and the only contractor that actually came to our place to look at the issue. All other contractors simply recommended replacing the water main and provided a quote using Google Maps and did not show up at the house at all. Sergey provided me with the option to fix the leak which was located just below the slab in the basement, but his recommendation was to replace our side of the water main as it was old lead pipe. Once our side was completed I could notify the city and they would schedule a time to replace the city side using a city contractor. We had some water damage in our basement because of the leak so Sergey scheduled a team to arrive within 24 hours after signing the project estimate. The team that arrived were excellent. They needed to do a little discovery to find the main water line in our front property as the location marking wasn't exact. They didn't get discouraged and found the old lead pipe and completed the work by torpedoing a new ¾" copper line from inside the house. The leak had created a lot of water under the basement slab which made the work a little difficult but the team worked in to the evening to make sure everything was complete, holes filled back in, new concrete poured, and to be sure the water in the house was working as expected. Everything was cleaned up perfectly and Sergey followed up on the work within a couple of days when he was back in the area to provide another estimate. Overall the experience with Tornado Plumbing was excellent. We need to install a sump pump (Sergey's recommendation) and replace our basement slab in the future – I'll definitely be calling Sergey at Tornado Plumbing.read more

Last week Sergey and his team from Tornado... Plumbing had replaced the sewer drain in our house and installed a new back water valve. We had a few plumbing projects completed by them in a past and were very satisfied with their competitive price and a highest level of services provided. We were glad we contacted Tornado this time again. Everything was completed on time and both our front yard and a basement were left very clean. Upon completion of the job Sergey came back and explained the service details for a new valve and also helped us to fill the paperwork for the city rebate. We got sewer back up in our basement,after we got... Tornado plumbing and drain to fix the problem,they excavated 2 holes out side removed a building trap and use pipe burst technology. The problem was with a big Tree over 130 years at the front and they destroyed our clay pipe. The main problem was (my wife planted Beautiful flowers and excavation supposed to be right there),she was really worry, but tornado plumbing saved them all (you can’t even tell some excavation was done before) They have the best equipment and provide the best service. We will recommend highly!!!!!!!read more
